Making an all latex bed

I have a question concerning how to make an all latex bed. I understand that latex beds are notoriously heavy and that it is possible to tear the latex if one isn’t careful moving layers around. What I haven’t seen or read anywhere is the proper procedure of how to change the sheets and slip the ends of the fitted sheet under the latex without damaging said mattress. Is there a video on the subject? Just curious about this since we haven’t purchased a latex mattress yet and I’m trying to cover all the questions that come up. Thanks.

Latex is actually quite durable especially once it’s assembled. Believe it or not because of its flexibility it’s actually much easier to slip on the sheets because of how easy it bends. You are only lifting the corner, not the entire bed. My latex mattress is sitting on an adjustable base and bends every night and it is now 17 years old and still functioning perfectly.
Latex can tear if handled improperly so just make sure you have help for the heavier pieces when assembling. This has not been a real issue for us in over 21 years of selling latex online. The real threat to latex is direct sunlight.

Ken - Thank you so much for getting back to me so soon. It is good to know that it will be easier to change the sheets with a latex bed.

No problem, that’s why I’m here and thank you for the good questions so others can benefit.
