I ordered a King Bamboo Mattress cover (80 inches x 76 inches) from Arizona Premium Mattress. Received a cover that is much smaller than a King size - it measures only 74 inches x 72 inches. Sent the company pictures showing the dimensions. Got a reply from them (Vanessa) saying the mattress cover should stretch. There is no way the mattress cover is going to stretch by that much. Actually the size seams are fairly sturdy and do not stretch at all. I tried to fit in the Combi-Zone Pocket Coil by Leggett and Platt (also bought from Arizona Premium mattress) and there is no way that is going to fit in.
Has anyone had the same problem?
I have tried it every which way. And no one at the company picks up the phone or returns calls.
Yes, I have the same problem similar to yours from the same company, in addition to other issues. The owner provides no customer services at all. What would be the next steps we should take?
Not sure why you keep posting this, I have answered all your issues and have asked that you return the cover so I can show you that it is the correct size. I have explained in length also as to how this cannot happen. I am waiting for you to return the cover and I am not aware that you have contacted customer service with the dimensions of the box so we can have FedEx issue a return label. These covers are designed to fit tight because they stretch, simple as that.
Just because we have been closed for Christmas and New Year’s breaks does not mean we provide no customer service. I spend all day M-F on the phone answering questions along with email and chat. I am not available 24/7 but go the extra mile to do what I can even after hours. I strongly disagree with your statement. Also, these are unusual times and there are numerous delays in our industry and also very high demand which does put a strain on normal business practices and we are doing our very best to work through all the issues that have been caused by this terrible virus.
