Need help deciding between 3 latex mattresses from Spring Air's Nature's Rest

Recently I purchased a Serta iComfort 4000 plush with a 120 day comfort guarantee from a local retailer. I needed a softer bed that would hopefully sleep cooler and this one was recommended due to the cool technology. I thought it felt pretty good trying it out in the store on an adjustable base for about 20-30 mins but sleeping on it has been another story. It has been two weeks that I have been trying to sleep on it and I am discovering that the plush model is still too firm for me and I also end up getting warm in it still. I’ve been told by the retailer that I have to give it a minimum of 30 days before I can return the bed and that I have to exchange it for something else in the store because they do not offer a refund (I assumed with the comfort guarantee that a refund would be optional if I could not find anything else in their store that was suitable).
The mattress I had before buying the Serta iComfort was a coil mattress that was getting old and starting to feel too firm for me, so before considering a new mattress, I decided to try adding a 2" soft dunlop latex topper. It helped some, but I soon realized that I did need a new mattress.
I went back to the retailer today and the only other beds in their store which seemed to offer the comfort I was looking for was two of their latex models by Nature’s Rest. I have attached the specs for the two that were available to try out in their store (the Stream and the Summer Soleil) and the other spec is for a softer version of the Summer Soleil (called the Summer Breeze) that was not available to try out in their store.
I liked the feel of the Stream but I am concerned about the 1 ½" of gel infused plant based form in the comfort layer. I think I liked the Summer Soleil but wondered if it still might be too firm for me, which is why they mentioned the softer Summer Breeze to me. Since they did not have the softer Summer Breeze in their store for me to try, they said I could travel to their Calgary location (I’m in Red Deer, AB, Canada) to try it out and to compare it to the Summer Soleil and the Stream there.
The reason I am looking for your opinion on this is because I purchased a full size Roma mattress from your company back in 2011, along with a twin size natural latex mattress for the trundle bed (it was a 3"med and 3" firm dunlop combo in a natural cotton & joma wool knit cover). I bought it for the guest room which is mainly used by my grandkids. Since I have been finding the Serta iComfort too firm and warm, I started sleeping in the guest room on the Roma mattress (until I can exchange the Serta iComfort mattress for something more suitable). I found the Roma mattress to be too firm for me still (top of mattress is on the medium side) so I added the 2" soft Dunlop topper to it which makes it easier for me to sleep on. I still get a little warm on it but the pressure relief is definitely better than on my old mattress and on the Serta iComfort mattress.
I was planning to look into purchasing a latex mattress for myself from your company if the Serta iComfort did not work out, but that was before I found out that I can only exchange it for something from this retailer, so for this reason I have no other choice than to go with one of the Nature’s Rest latex beds offered from them.
This retailer’s website only shows a picture of one of the three latex beds I am considering, the Summer Soleil https://mattressmattress.com/product/natures-rest-summer-soleil/
The Summer Breeze is supposed to look just like the Summer Soleil. The Stream, although latex, looks like a regular coil bed with a tufted mattress top, but definitely much more comfortable to me than a regular coil bed.
Could you please review the specs of the 3 latex mattresses I have to choose from and let me know which one you think would be better for me based on everything I have told you. I will add that I am a 5’7" female, 57 years old, and my weight is approximately 175 lbs. I have been sleeping warm for many years, but more so in the last 5 years or more. I always used to like a firm bed but as I am having issues with pain and stiffness in a firm bed now, I definitely need something softer for pressure relief.
This TMU account is set up under my partner’s name but because we both use the email address which is attached to this account for online orders and matters such as this, I sent my request through here. My partner’s details are not included here because we now sleep in separate beds due to his heavy snoring, lol.
Any advice you could offer to help me in my final decision would be very much appreciated!

Hello and thanks for reaching out! In order to offer some advice, I would need to know what each mattress is made of from top to bottom, including the thickness of the cover, the ILD rating of each of the latex layers and the thickness of each layer, and if any of those three mattresses have coils, foam, etc. I would need detailed specs on those components as well. I wasn’t able to find this information on the internet anywhere, so I don’t have enough information to make an informed recommendation, sorry! Have you tried searching through the Mattress Underground forums for additional information on these mattresses? Would you be able to contact them to get this information?

Thank you for your reply. I’m not sure if I am understanding, but did you receive the attachments I sent which offered detailed specs of each mattress? I will try attaching them again just in case you did not receive them the first time. The specs should show everything you are requesting info on except for the ILD rating of each of the latex layers and perhaps the thickness of the cover, which I will ask the retailer for. Please let me know if you receive the attached specs this time. If not, I will add them manually. Also here is the link again for the only mattress of the 3 that the retailer has on their website https://mattressmattress.com/product/natures-rest-summer-soleil/ The website details for the Summer Soleil mattress does not show the thickness of the layers but the specs I have attached do show this.

Hope this helps for now until I can get the rest of the information… Thanks so much!

Hello again. I called the retailer and just as I feared, they do not offer the ILD ratings on any of the latex layers or any other info that is not already showing on their spec sheets. However, I did just resend the spec sheets in my last reply to you, as it appears that they did attach the first time around. Based on the specs I just sent, I am hoping that you are able to offer me some advice that may help me to make my decision. Thanks again!! I really appreciate it.

OK great, thanks for the extra info! Based on the mattress information and the information from your post, I definitely think the Summer Breeze is the right choice because it doesn’t have any man-made foam and because it is softer than the Summer Soleil.
