Hi! I am a side sleeper with SI dysfunction and disc herniations in my lower back so basically lower back and left sided hip pain. That pain is greatly reduced when I sleep on the sofa. But now unfortunately I’m developing shoulder pain on the right side. I’m 5’3, average weight and get hot when I sleep. I’m looking for a twin mattress but I only have a budget of $200 to $300 hundred dollars. Thank you!
