The mattress got delivered yesterday and the base was delivered today.
My fiancés daughter and her husband went over and helped her get everything set up. I work nights so unfortunately I couldn’t be there.
I asked how everything felt as compared to our old mattress, which is the Luma Sleep hybrid latex sleep system with the medium talalay topper. She said her side is firmer than the old bed and my side is quite a bit firmer than hers.
What is the procedure for swapping out latex layers? I have a feeling that we will likely need to swap out several pieces if it’s as firm as I’m gathering.

Yeah we are definitely going to need to do some swapping out of some layers. This bed is way too firm for either of us.
My fiancé had a really hard time trying to get to sleep last night, and even after she did fall asleep she said she tossed and turned all night. Not ideal at all.
I slept on it today and while it didn’t take me too much longer than usual to fall asleep I did wake up several times and shift around.
I really wish that we would have discussed the firmness of the layers before going with what the calculator said on the website. I asked about it in this thread but no reply to it was made.

If you would like to exchange a comfort layer, simply call our office to place your exchange order. Once your order is placed, we will ship your new layer along with a prepaid FedEx return label and extra plastic for wrapping the layer you wish to return. You are not required to return the unwanted layer immediately—you may keep all layers for up to 30 days. Once your layer is boxed and the return label is attached, just call us to schedule a FedEx pickup.

What is the name of the company that you partner with to handle returns? I was told over the phone but for the life of me I cannot remember what the name is.

For mattress returns we use either Sharetown or LoadUp, depending on which company will pickup in your area.
