Who makes a one piece (not glued together pieces) Cal King Talalay Topper?

No one, can’t be done. Talalay latex comes in 2 sizes, TwinXL and Queen. Anything else has to be fabricated using those sizes. A Cal. King will have 2 seams, one in the middle and one on the end to add the extra 4". There is rumors that there will be King size available in a few more years but Cal. King will still have a seam on the end
That’s what I’ve been hearing as well that it comes in multiple pieces glued together. Plush beds is the only ones that told me that there’s comes in one piece that they use a special process to mold it together and it’s not glued. But I don’t know if they’re telling me the truth as their sales people are overseas
Talalay Global has just recently developed a single-piece king topper. I don’t think they will offer a single piece Cal-King any time soon simply because the demand doesn’t warrant the investment.
