Hi, I was wondering about this mattress and the company. Digging around on their site https://www.evergreensleep.com/pages/5-key-features has a dead YouTube link, a suspended twitter link, and a Facebook and instagram with under 10 following, and 0 likes. They seem to be pretty new, I’m wondering if they’ve rebranded or something? I was looking for an affordable latex mattress for side sleeping and longevity, and the price is in my budget. Is this a good mattress? Has anyone had experience with it and/or with this company?
AI states that they may be related to National Mattress but that needs to be verified with them. The Evergreen website seems to have been introduced around 2022-23.
The mattress specifications look good. The only thing I don’t understand is this layer:

I suggest you ask them what does pocketed 100% natural organic latex mean?
They also claim to use organic Dunlop, but I cannot find the actual GOLS certifications online. I suggest you contact them if you want to verify the validity.
The wool quilted organic cotton cover is also inline with what other manufacturers offer and so is the warranty.

One thing I’ve learned while shopping is that I don’t put too much weight on a company’s social media anymore. Some smaller manufacturers barely post online but have been building mattresses for years, while others have polished marketing and very little information about what’s actually inside the mattress. For me, I’d be asking different questions: How long have they been manufacturing? Can they clearly explain the materials they’re using? Are they willing to answer technical questions about the construction? If they’re transparent about those things, I usually feel a lot more confident than I do based on Instagram followers or YouTube videos. If they can answer the questions MFC suggested about the latex and certifications, I’d be interested to hear what they tell you. That would probably help me judge the company more than their online presence.
I messaged them through their website on Monday and haven’t heard anything back, so I sent another message through my email. Maybe I put in my email wrong.. at least that’s what I’m hoping. I will definitely keep you updated if they choose to reply.
I’m in need of a new mattress that will last a long time, or at least a normal amount of time lol. I’ve done a couple different “bed in a box” and they were pretty bad - a year and a half (all memory foam) and only a couple months (memory foam top with springs - hybrid) until notable to extreme sagging occurred. I’ve heard a lot of good things about latex which is how I came across this one via national mattress. Unfortunately all they could tell me was what is listed on their website. They didn’t know the composition etc. I use my bed a lot for more than sleep - I’m a bedroom person so I sit in it all the time to watch tv, read, relax etc.
If I don’t hear back from them, could you recommend any good, reliable brands to look into that are reasonably priced? Ideally under $2000 cad. Would love if they could deliver and pick up my old mattress afterwards too. I have a memory foam topper that I recently bought to try and alleviate the back pain caused by my current mattress, it helps but not very much. If I used it on a new bed would it help prevent rapid sagging?

Edit: their “hello” website email bounced back “address not found” copy and pasted directly from their site to avoid any spelling mistakes. I guess I did put my email in correctly lol. I’m going to call them tomorrow, as that’s the last option available.
Edit 2: their phone number, when pressing 0 to speak with someone bounces back to the initial greeting so you can’t talk to anyone. Their support, wholesale, and warranty emails also bounced back. Their head office is supposedly at 130 King St W Toronto which is (as far as I can tell) shared office space with at least 10+ Google results leading to that specific suite. Distribution centre is also non existent at 1550 Meyerside dr.

I didn’t realise this sub was specifically for your company, sorry this is my first time using mattress underground and saw the Canada tag which is why I posted it here.
Can you tell me the difference between the Unison and Maoli products please? Would one be better for my situation of basically living in my bed lol. From what I can see, the Unison has the medium + soft layers, vs Maoli with two soft layers. Are they both the same density in core and soft layers? How much do they both weigh, and specifically how much would each box weigh in case the delivery company leaves them downstairs I would have to walk them up myself. Any other fun facts you could offer would also be appreciated!

The main difference is the cover. The Unison has a wool quilted organic cotton cover, similar to the one sold by National Mattress, while the Maoli has a Tencel cover (blend of polyester and eucalyptus pulp fibre).
We can make either mattress with the top layers in the firmness you prefer. Please share your weight and sleeping position so that I can recommend some options for you.
The mattress is shipped in 3 boxes. The 6" firm latex core weight about 100 lb and is rolled up in a box about 58"x 20" in diameter. The two other boxes are only about 30 lb each and boxes are approx. 28 x 11".
