Questions about mattress construction

Hello!
Up until last year, my partner and I (205 lbs and 150 lbs, side sleepers mostly) had a mattress from sleep country. Following a bad experience with that mattress, we were able to get out of our warranty with them. We then started educating ourselves (thanks to your website) on what to look for in a mattress (other than confort). We currently own an Octave mattress (mirage) which was intended to be mostly in the meantime and allow us more time to research the right mattress for us that would not only be comfortable but also use good quality materials. Octave was the only company (of all the mattress in a box) willing to give us the specs of their layers:
“2.5"” Copper Gel Memory Foam 3.0 lbs, 11.5 IFD
1.5"" Aerated Talalay Latex 3.12 lbs, 14 IFD
2"" Conventional foam 1.75 lbs, 27 IFD
7"" Conventional foam 1.75 lbs, 39 IFD"

We do not hate it at all but fear that, long term, it won’t keep its shape. We are thinking of buying a new mattress from a local manufacturer (see link below, sorry it is only in French) Here are the infos I was given for the atmosphere model when asking more details:
-1" felt
-8"zone pocket-spring base (982) with 2LBS foam contour
-1"section foam – 2LBS and 28 IFD head and foot and 2.5LBS and 35 IFD center
-2" talalay latex 19 ILD
-Band Fabric: 255-thread-count poly-cotton
-Top Fabric: 235-thread-count organic cotton.

Now, what we are looking for:
-good quality material that will last
-semi firm feel (we tried it quickly in the shop and liked it).
-a cooler feel than the one we have from Octave
-a decent warranty
My questions to you :
-do you think the specs of that mattress are good?
-i remember reading something against the foam contour on the spring layer on your website but I couldn’t find the info again. Any opinion about that would be appreciated.
-any follow up questions I can ask the manufacturer?
Thanks in advance for your help!
