I tried calling you guys today and left a message because noone answered at 4pm eastern time. I’m interested in a queen mattress for a 155lb stomach sleeper (who’s trying to learn to sleep on his side), 5’6, male athletic build. I’ve been getting some lower back pain on my current mattress which is inner spring (not pocket coil) and high density polyfoam on top.
- I’m wondering if you’d recommend Talalay or Dunlop on top and medium or firm?
My last bed I was happy with was a Sealy beachside mattress which was like 6 inches of Dunlop core and a 3 inch poly foam of unknown ILD on top.
The reason the ultimate hybrid interests me is because it appears to have firmer coils in the middle offering lumbar support which is definately needed for me being a stomach sleeper.

Do you have any options to increase this support in the lumbar region? I’m in bad lower back pain when i sleep on my stomach which is leading me to try and learn to sleep on my side. Needless to say, many sleepless nights.

If I have to return the mattress, is there youtube video or something that explains how you would be able to shrink wrap up the springs once they’ve lost the vacuum seal? Would they be able to go back in the original boxes without having to have a professional vacuum sealing mechanism?

We also have live chat on our website if you need immediate help. That being said let me try to answer your questions. First of all stomach and side sleepers are different in need. If you wish to sleep on your side then a Plush Talalay topper on the Ultimate Hybrid would be the best choice. If you wish to sleep on your stomach then a medium dunlop would be the better choice. There is no reason to increase support in lumbar as it’s already zoned to do that and does so very effectively. Our Ultimate Hybrid is a huge hit and our production time is currently at 3 weeks but we are working hard to get those lead times down to one week but are still about 6 weeks out from making that happen. The MU5 is the only discount available. We have near zero returns on this model but yes, there are videos showing how to return if necessary.
What if someone sleeps on their side and stomach? What firmness level and latex type do you recommend? Around a 130 -170 weight (both partners)
Generally speaking side sleepers like it softer than stomach sleepers. I would suggest going with a Medium firmness Talalay so satisfy both positions.

Thank you for your interest in our products. Based on your weight I think the medium talalay or dunlop would be the best choice keeping in mind the spring system is on the firmer end of the spectrum. Talalay if you sometimes sleep on your side otherwise dunlop if you only sleep on your back or stomach.
Currently 3 weeks lead time but progressing towards shorter lead times with the addition of some new equipment.
I just placed an order today from your site. In my email confirmation it says: "Please do not use the online tracking or order status module as this does NOT integrate with our UPS platform. "
So how would I know the day it will be out for delivery if there is no tracking code? Will it be just some guessing game for the delivery date on the customers’ side? Will you guys give out a tracking code if we email you guys later?
I would like to know when it will out for delivery because I want to take a day off from work during the day that it will be out for delivery. 
UPS will automatically send you an email with your tracking info attached the same day they pickup your order. We also email a copy of your invoice with the tracking number attached so you have 2 notifications of your order being shipped.
