Seems dramatically loose layers shift all over. Seems like this cover was made for 17”. I can only post 1 image at a time so I’ll put other pics later
Our covers were sewn on a block of foam measuring 15" and the fit perfect otherwise we would never ship it. We do not even have the capability of making covers any taller than 15". I would measure what you are trying to put inside the cover because we’ve never had a sizing issue before.

I am not sure if it is the camera angle, but the mattress looks like it is is 3/8” short of 15” which might cause any 15” cover be loose. Might it be an option to add1/2” base layer under the stack?
Also, check the actual size of the mattress. If the overall length and width is not on spec, even if it were exact 15” high, the cover would be loose.

That is the base foam and coils from a brand new brs900 beauty rest silver king, with two 3” Dunlop layers. All the pieces fit together nicely.
I didn’t even notice anything was wrong until the Dunlop layers shifted. I was putting them back in place when I realized I could fit another 2” topper inside.

Looks like a you issue not APM. Your ruler shows 14 3/4" but your tape measure looks to be beyond the bottom foam layer, which is about 1/2 to 3/4" over. Your foam layers that are supposed to be equal 3" are not the same size and one is probably shy of 3" and your core looks shy of 8". That likely is a 14" setup. That looks like an 8-in, 3-in and 3-in.
You must be blind. I build houses for a living do you need 6 tape measures lined up to fix your cataracts? Anyway this has been resolved the bottom of the cover was too big it was hemmed up on a sewing machine and fixed.
Evidently your all knowing eyes didn’t notice the bunkie board underneath. Tell me exactly how the fuck to go beyond the bottom of the foam, when there is a solid board underneath. Better yet, what you think you saw as the bottom foam is not. There is a 3/4" foam layer on the bottom.
