Stomach sleeper loves soft latex. Lumbar?

Hi Experts,

I made a lot of mistakes, then found TMU. I read everything, and started over now.

After returning a Casper Dream, I’m now on a 10” Brentwood Home Tahoe Gel Memory Hybrid that’s off gassing so much I have a sore throat and have been coughing, 5 days in. I also (think) I want more plush.

I’ve looked at ViSpring, a Chatham and Wells, and all the major brand. There is one Sealy Posturepedic I am not mad at.
However, European Mattress Works in Berkeley has a 9.5” that has a layer of micro coils between soft layers of latex, and their soft encased coils base that I really like. The ViSpring and Chatham feel wonderful, but I’d like a thinner mattress with my bed type—and to save money, if possible.

My question:
If I get a soft comfort upper+soft foundation lower mattress from European Sleep World that feels near PERFECT, will my lumbar hate me in 3-6 months since I’m a stomach sleeper and (?)should(?) need more support?
