Drowning in mattress reviews I stumbled onto the alternatives represented by this forum. Not even sure how, but I’m glad I did. Not only for the alternative products, but also the thorough education.

Replacing a 10 year old Tempur Cloud Elite. I sleep in all positions. Starting on my back or stomach, usually waking up on my side. If I spend most of the night on my back, my lumbar region aches. On my side, my shoulders and upper back are absolutely wrecked. On my stomach, I ache all over. Trying to think back 5-10yrs, I think I did enjoy the Cloud Elite.

45M, 5’ 10", 165lbs. Chronic shoulder and upper back tension.

I’m currently looking at APM’s Eco with Bolsa springs and #19 Plush. What do you say, @Arizona_Premium?

Plush latex with a strong support is a good combination. Be aware a latex hybrid will feel way different than the tempurpedic. It’s a responsive surface while memory foam is not.

Actually the Eco Sleep with Bolsa coil and the Medium Talalay would be the better choice. The bolsa coil does add some softness already so with the Soft #19 I’m afraid it won’t be supportive enough based on your needs.
