Hi, I’m new here and shopping for a new bed. I read the tutorials on this site and went to a store to try some mattresses.
I’m 6’1" and 190 pounds. I sleep mostly on my back but do change positions a lot while sleeping. I occasionally wake up with minor back and joint pain.
I went to a mattress store and loved the support of the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt. When I laid down, I felt the support on my lower back, and it felt amazing. I liked the mattress overall, but I run hot, and it was too warm for me, even during the short time I was at the store.
