Trying to find a bed that is most like the Tempur Cloud Supreme that they no longer make

Hello, NikkiTMU,
I am trying to reach back to John for a recommendation regarding the Tempflow bed and Dr. Rick, not getting an answer yet. Do you know anything about Dr. Rick, the Tempflow beds and can you say with confidence that it’s a great bed, even though you can unzip and add layers and do can you tell me something just two helps me know I am working with a great team over at Back Science. Just wanting a little more of a reference type thing before I jump in and buy the bed.

Sorry….I was on a 16 hour flight to South East Asia. My head just hit the pillow.

My BackScience 2 has a zipper on top where you can customize the custom layer. But I have not done that yet. I have full confidence in Dr Rick to help you. I have heard of others that have done customizations on top layer. I did like the reviews on TrustPilot.

I dont know a lot about TempFlow. I didnt know the top layer could be customized. Thats great that it can though!!!

Back Science vs TempFlow? Thats a hard one to figure out. Id go w Dr Ricks recommendation. But ask about Back Science too!

I went to the showroom. Miguel and Dr Rick helped me. I didnt feel any pressure to buy. Rick was helping me with spinal alignment with Back Science, BeautyRest Black, and Aireloom Luxetop M1 Firm. I felt Back Science was my first choice and Aireloom was second choice. Miguel told my that in their huge showroom (over 40 mattresses) that 50% of people buy BackScience and 50% buy nonBackScience. Talk about a bestseller!

I had the feeling that BackScience/TempFlow team really tries to help first, and “making a sale” was second. But if you help people, you tend to make a sale….right? I would have full confidence in Dr Rick and any recommendation that he made.

This is very interesting, though not surprising, that the team there focuses on meeting the customer’s needs first (what a novel idea :see_no_evil: :hear_no_evil: :speak_no_evil:). That’s exactly the kind of approach we aim for here at TMU as well. When someone is going through the process of buying a mattress, especially one that can impact their health and well being, comfort and restful nights, it’s important that the advice presented is honest, thoughtful, and focused on what’s best for the customer, not just what is best for making the sale. If the customer is there to buy, it makes more sense to get it right, as getting it wrong can be costly to all those involved.

Of course, everyone is different, and comfort is subjective, and no solution works for everyone 100% of the time. As a matter of fact, I have been consistent in saying, there is likely more than one solution that will work for any particular individual or couple. It can even come from different categories, an all natural mattress may do the trick, where a synthetic hybrid may allow for an equally comfortable sleep. When you lead with helping, rather than selling, everyone has a better chance of success, and more likely to end up with a happy customer, and a lasting reputation for doing things the right way.

In the end, pushing a sale that isn’t the right fit only leads to frustration, returns, and lost trust. Nobody wins in that situation.
