On the hunt again and need some guidance!

Familiar topic. I’m looking for a new ~10" queen mattress for my wife, 5’5" tall, 110 lbs, side sleeper, in her 70s so has some lower back issues. I would like an all latex foam mattress and have it narrowed down to these two:
Luxerion Dunlop Latex Mattress
Turmerry Organic Latex Mattress
With discounts they are both about the same price.
The Turmerry though is a 7 zoned mattress. Savy Rest has a good article on zoned mattresses.
I asked Turmerry for the ILDs of their mattresses and got this response. The numbers compared to traditional ILDs are lower. How do you take an ILD reading on 7 zoned latex layer?
Soft:
IFD/ILD @40% (lbf): 11.0-15.4
IFD/ILD @25% (lbf): 6-10
Medium:
IFD/ILD @40% (lbf): 20.0-26.4
IFD/ILD @25% (lbf): 14-18
Firm:
IFD/ILD @40% (lbf): 31.0-39.6
IFD/ILD @25% (lbf): 22-26
Extra Firm:
IFD/ILD @40% (lbf): 59.6-66.0
IFD/ILD @25% (lbf): 38-42

The ILDs on the Luxerion Dunlop latex mattress are:
Soft - 19-20
Medium - 28-30
Firm - 38-40
My questions are if I choose the Luxerion do I go with a Soft, Medium, Firm or a Medium, Medium, Firm for my wife?
Or if I choose the Turmerry mattress, with their strange ILD numbers, go with their Medium (Medium, Medium, Firm)?

@Latex_Mattress_Fact1

If you choose the Luxerion, I definitely recommend going with the soft setup, but I don’t have any advice on the Turmerry setup, so I’ll let Maverick or one of the other mattress experts chime in on this.

Thanks, I did contact you by email and received the same recommendation from Jodie at Sleep EZ.

My first choice was Turmerry’s all latex zoned mattress. I should have called or emailed them and asked if they had this in stock. Any feedback regarding Turmerry?
My next choice was the Latex Mattress Factory’s 10" Soft Queen Luxerion Dunlop Latex Mattress, $1234.05, free shipping, no sales tax, with MUG5 code. I did call them and they have it in stock.
I placed an order for their mattress today. I was not charged sales tax which in my county in TN is 9.75%. This saved me $120.32. The Nexus sales tax varies from state to state. The sales threshold in TN is $100K, no transaction threshold.
