Select Foam

I recently had a white glove delivery issue with my Select Foam bed that I had ordered. When I contacted the delivery company I was informed that the local carrier assigned to my order did not cover my area and the my bed needed to be reassigned to another local carrier delaying my delivery date by over week.

I contacted Select Foam about this issue and they immediately took steps to rectify the problem. Juan Quintero and his staff at Select Foam did an outstanding job and I will be receiving my Cirrus Luxe Mattress and adjustable bases tomorrow. :slight_smile:

It gives me great confidence that Select Foam is serious about Customer Service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I’m looking forward to receiving my bed and will share a full review of my impressions of the bed.

I know that sometimes “stuff happens” but it’s great to see when issues are solved expeditiously.
